“Coach Jimmy Dugan of the Rockford Peaches is a dog, that much is clear. His ball-capped head was superimposed onto Banksy’s “Peeing Dog,” complete with epic neon pee stream. There’s no crying over this comical street art parody, which was spotted by Boogie reader KK on Mulberry Street just north of Kenmare.”
